Applejacks tends to say things that equate for swear words more than Rainbow Dash in the show itself....Though, I think overall Rainbow Dash would have more of a potty mouth....

It depends on the circumstances. I think Rarity probably swears a lot in private. She's a perfectionist. We've seen the way she mumbles to herself when working on a really difficult project in Winter Wrap Up, but there were other ponies present then. Imagine what she must say to herself when she's alone in her workroom and accidentally mangles a dress in her sewing machine while trying to execute a particularity difficult stitch, subsequently flushing the last five hours of work down the drain.

And since she is such a perfectionist, she probably swears over much smaller screw ups than that.

I think Rainbow Dash is too laid back to swear all that often.

Rainbow Dash, definitely. Her vocabulary and personality definitely fit it.

 

Second, I would go for Twilight. Considering her issues with stress, I could imagine the nasty stuff she would say.

Rainbow Dash, just because she doesn't care about things like that and can be very blunt sometimes. Next would be Applejack, though I can see her swearing only in very specific situations, when she's extremely angry or something. She's like a mother figure for Apple Bloom and often takes care of the rest of CMC, so she'd rather try to control herself.
