It entirely depends on my energy levels and my level of enthusiasm and other stuff, but is I suppose option C is most accurate. I rock back and forth a lot when I sit so it kinda depends.

It is C at the beginning of the day and it reaches D by the end of the day.

 

EDIT : I spend literally the WHOLE day in front of a computer (whether at work or at home). I only have an hour lunch break.

Trust me, the way you sit is VERY important.

It seems as if chairs and desks are made for average height people between 5'4'' and 5'8'' ... I'm 6' tall.  These chairs are too low for me.  I'm also a skinny guy with (pardon my bluntness) no butt (lol)... So, I often fold a towel and sit on it for extra cushion.

I have funny hips, and I can't sit up straight without it feeling really uncomfortable so I sit and always have sat with a slight hunch in my back.

 

An old teacher at primary school used to try and get me to sit up straight, never managed it.

Closest would be E, but that's just in public. At home I sit almost curled up into a ball with either one or both feet pulled up to rest on my chair, knees resting against my chest. My family says I sit like a monkey.
