Just looking at prices for yarn, trying to organize everything I want to make and writing it down in my notebook.  Want to make a shawl, a sweater and a huge blanket, so I was looking at the yarn I wanted to use for those projects and trying to calculate cost for each and how many of the skeins I want for each.  Kinda helpful to do that, makes budgeting a lot easier.  I'm glad I thought of doing that!!!
