On a normal night then i am fine with darkness but after reading a Creepypasta or watching a scary movie, It's a different story but i guess that would be known as being paranoid more then afraid of the dark. It causes anxiety and haunting illogical thoughts to flood my brain, to the point where I start having problems breathing and start hyperventilating... Usually, I’m fine with the dark, and in fact, NEED it to be pitch black so I can fall asleep.
