movies/tv Cutest Female cartoon character?

Who do you think is the most adorable female character in western animation? Aside from the obvious choices (Fluttershy and Bubbles), my 3rd choice would be Jenny "XJ9" From My Life as a Teenage Robot. Watching this show as a kid, I always wondered what separated Jenny from the common teenage girl characters. Maybe it was her uniquely cute design, maybe it was her combination of teenage interests and child-like innocence, or maybe it was her voice actress Janice Kawaye. It's probably a combination of all 3.

I'll say Princess Celestia, Luna and Cadance are sharing a very close, undefined first place.

I like pony princesses.

 

Outside of MLP, I'm not investing too much time on TV, and "cute" is not usually part of what I'm used to watching.

I don't know where you'd draw the line between cartoon and non-cartoon, but Agnes (the youngest sister) from Despicable Me is pretty damn cute.

 

 

My vote is for Gadget Hackwrench. I always thought she was so cool!

I'd forgotten about the very existence of that show.

 

But I could still sing you the theme tune (or parts of it anyway)!
