I'd love to see this with plenty of things like Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Over the Garden Wall, Regular Show, Adventure Time... just so many possibilities!

Best would be Gravity Falls and DW. Both would easily be able to incorporate it. GF could just have the portal somehow reopen and either ponies come out or humans go in. And in DW, they could just go through a gap in the time vortex and end up in Equestria. The only problem is live action and animation. The only solution (that's good) is that the Tardis somehow transforms them into ponies, along with itself into a cartoon.
