It's tough. Drowning I guess. Almost drowned inside a dive hat during school. The feeling of helplessness while you slowly lose any air left in your lungs is not something I want to experience again...but I'd take that over starvation.

"I could have been happy above if I'd never donned the copper carapace and dipped my head beneath the waves to hear the muddled man-made sounds. Distorted and dreamlike droning. The whir and thrashing of a distant propeller, the tumultuous thundering thud of fogbound freighters. Mud underfoot, no sights, except the grasp of a diver's trained hand, dreaming of distant lands knowing all the while this is what I love, not the blue skies and wondering faces above. Canvas, rubber, brass, copper, and glass. Leather and lead, mud and sweat, heaving around in dark, damp depths seldom seen by most yet talked about by all. As if a sunny, happy place where mermaids and seahorses play and chests of gold are lain bare, untarnished by salt and time for all to grasp who are bold enough to go below..." -"Deep Sea Diver", Steven L. I almost drown once, sure it was uncomfortable but I wouldn't it was outright painful. In fact there was a bit of an adrenaline rush involved. So I'd go with that, but I'd rather not die until my time actually comes.

I would pick drowning to death because I can knock myself out and then drown in the water. I can't knock myself out for 7 days.

The greatest feeling ever is being in the arms of someone you love, and passing out from exhaustion from pushing yourself to your limit.

Rather drown then starve. It's faster, and less painful. Starving you have to wait awhile with an agonizing pain until you die.

I can't believe that I registered simply to answer this question. I'd rather starve because you get time to prepare for it and can say goodbye to loved ones ( I am thinking being in hospice where people eventually stop eating, or like my grandpa who stopped eating, yet was surrounded by family). If you drown, it's unexpected, and most likely the person wasn't prepared to say goodbye. Now if you're being tortured into starving to death, then that's a different story. IDK

I'd pick starving for the sole reason that drowning is horrifying. I wouldn't want to experience drowning, at all. Neither would i want to Starve, but less so than Drowning

Being an over-privileged white guy, it would probably take me at least a week to starve to death. As much as I would hate to drown I suppose that's the one I would pick.

I'm not a medical expert, psychologist, psychiatrist, teacher or love doctor. Take my words with a pinch of salt, yeah?

I am an experienced cook, musician and care worker though, so that's something.
