What pony are you most like?

I am most like Rarity, really? I for one think the direct opposite in that she's the one I'm LEAST like... what?

 

Sorta the same with me; a main part of my chart is Rainbow Dash, but for the most part of the show, she's been the character I've been repelled from.

Well, now that I think about it... self-evaluating myself:

 

Applejack - well, the honesty part I definitely have, but hardworking and actually LIKES working? Big no-no there, but when I do get going I'm able to finish it reliably. However the 'likes working' part is definitely something I can't say for myself, as I do NOT like being obligated to do something even if I need to.

Rainbow Dash - hm... I'm somewhat proud, yes... Loyal, well sort of, yes? Competitive is a definite yes, but daring and doesn't take no for an answer... that's something I can't even find a trace of in myself...

Pinkie Pie - OK I stand corrected, she's the one I'm least like. Outgoer is a definite no, getting a good laugh only around very specific people, not talkative at all (in fact, directly opposite of), does anything to make everyone else happy to the point that she's annoying people... I don't see any of Pinkie's traits in me at all.

Fluttershy - caring... somewhat, in my own way? Quiet is a definite part of me, and usually likes being alone too. But I definitely am not the passive type, and I am very quick to stand up firm and put a foot forward when necessary. I really like animals though.

Rarity - ...now that I think about it this actually might be right. I'm not an artist type of person at all, but a lot of the traits kind of describe me. Generous is a definite yes, though I show it in my own way. Showing off her skills when she sees the opportunity to, kind of yes. Quietly inside caring for others, I can actually say that for me as well. The over-compulsive part is a definite no for me though, and so is anything regarding concerning how I think I look.

Woohoo!~ Mergin' time! this has been done Numerous times before, make sure you use the site's search function to check before making a new thread, so we can avoid some duplicates. The poll is a nice addition though, not gonna lie (Don't worry, I'll merge 'em so the poll stays)

Anyways, I've gotten different results on the test. Sometimes Rainbow Dash, sometimes Apple Jack, sometimes Twilight Sparkle. Realisticly though, I'm most like Fluttershy.

You unexpectedly received a Pinkie Pie result as well? So did I. Which pony/ponies did you expect to get? I expected to get a mix between RD and Twilight. I was a bit disappointed.

 

This personality test is fun enough, but I am not sure that I agree with its conclusions.

 

For one thing, I have been able to convince about 6 people to take the test. They all received Applejack results, which makes no sense because they are all completely and totally different.

I think that this personality test is flawed. The guy that created the test balanced out the questions weightings so that the average across all results lines up as a perfect balance between characters. I respect the time that it took to do that, but it really is the wrong approach. It completely ignores the fact that some personalities may actually be more common than others.

I got most like Applejack! Hell ya! Mah love for her is even more justified now. The only thing slightly wierd is when it said that I was active. I'm actually very lazy and a big procrastinator. It did say "mentally" active too, which makes much more sense, since I do a lot of decision thinking now and I'm very imaginative . This is perfect .

A real hard worker you are, yup. If there's one thing you hate, it's being inactive or coming across as lazy. You'll put in more effort than anyone else, even if it may be against your better judgement or even if delagating your work is a smarter option. It's not surprising to see you working all day long, even if it's to help friends out. However, friendship is still important to you, so you will always, always stick to your commitments and keep your promises.

Thankfully, you can still pick your words carefully and still keep some sensitivity towards what you say. I maxed out the Twilight rating on the scale lol. The runners up were Applejack(Well I am a southerner at heart) followed by Rainbow Dash(I wish I could be more like Rainbow).

im more like twilight sparkle, though im not a bookworm, but i love to read and study on things id like to learn about, its kind of a hobby for me, though i also like to be doing something with my hooves, so in a sense thats more applejack, right?

You're often found diving into a book or spending hours working on that project of yours. It's important that you put in as much of an effort learning as possible so your knowledge will someday come in handy.
