Sugarbell's muffins made Pinkie green though. I guess that was because of the number, not their toxicity.

Sugarbelle's Muffins remind me of the food of hades. 

 

Pinkie Pie couldn't stand Sugarbelle's muffins...  NONE of the other main 6 ponies managed more than a single bite.

 

I'd go with the scone, but I would eat it a lot more carefully.

Sugar Belle's muffins at least qualify as "edible", if awful tasting. The baked bads are a one-way ticket to food poisoning and Pinkie broke teeth on the scones.

I would eat Sugar Belle's muffins. Pinkie's baked bads would make me sick, and I don't know how safe Gilda's muffins are because I haven't watched the new episode yet.
