Matt Smith. The only doctor I liked. Well...David Tennant was good too but I didn't really liked the concept of the episodes. Matt Smith fan here.

Tom Baker. XD I am an old skool fan so sorry, new fans. Jon Pertwee was also brilliant, and Sylvester McCoy had his moments. I like the current Doctor too, he's more like the old style.

I extremely liked the series with David Tennant. He has to be my favourite. It took me a while to get use to Matt Smith but I eventually liked him as well. The only thing that has actually ruined Doctor Who for me as a whole is this companion Clara. I wish she would be gone already. Can't stand her.

Personally I really loved Matt Smith, but the series for him just kind of trailed out in the end and I kind of lost my love for him. But that's only my opinion and I came to adore 12.

Mine is a three way tie between Tom Baker, David Tennant, and Matt Smith. I loved David's "The Lonely God" portrayal of the character, but I really enjoy both Tom and Matt's whimsy. As for the most hated assistant, I'm old school, having watched most of the original show from my BBBFF's collection. (Not long ago he downloaded EVERY classic episode still existing, and burned me copies on DVD!). let's travel back in time to the Tom Baker-Peter Davison era. I could not STAND Adric! He was such a Mary-Sue! I was actually glad when he died in the spaceship crash that wiped out the dinosaurs! I can forgive the Cybermen a lot for getting him out of the TARDIS! Tegan was really cool though!

This is funny cause I posted the same topic, although worded different, but sure I will bite. I love Dr. who I started watching, and would say I became a whovian at a young age. I started watching back in the 80's my first Dr. I saw, and still love has to be Tom Bakker for sure. As far as the newer Doctor's I have to go with Matt smith, followed by David Tennent for sure.

Tom Baker, or #4.  I grew up watching him, and he is by far the longest running Doctor there ever was.

Twelfth Doctor. I just love him, and Peter Capaldi is pretty awesome. Haven't actually seen a lot of his work but he's a great person and such a big fan of the show. He knows what he's doing, I think. And I am part of that 20% who loves Clara and ships Whouffaldi. However, I do think Clara's run should end soon, hopefully tragically because I want to see how hard that hits 12. But I don't want it to become a thing like with Rose and the Tenth where for the rest of the series the Doctor just mopes. Sure, grieve. The Doctor needs a grieving period, but after that, get on with it. Ooh. Maybe Clara will tell him what Danny told her - the five minute thing. *shakes head to clear it* Sorry. I got off topic in my Whouffaldi ways.

I'm not even too sure why... I like his personality a lot (especially in his audio dramas, despite me not having watched that many of them), and his voice is just <3<3<3 I love all of the Doctors, though. ^~^

Christopher Eccleson baby. The first time I watched Dr. Who was back to the ninth doctor, and the episodes were boring once it got to David Tennant, which is why I don't watch Dr. Who anymore.

Eccleston, he was my first Doctor. I never could get into the classics, mainly because I'm one of those people who has to see something from the beginning, and it's nearly impossible to find the very first episode. I also very much liked Smith and Capaldi. Capaldi is my second favorite, and may weasel his way in to being my favorite. I did not like Tennant too much, to be honest. I don't know why.

My first Doctor was Chris Eccelston/David Tennant, but my fave...I dunno..possibly Matt Smith. I've liked them all though. Still kinda getting use to Capaldi.

David Tennant is my favourite

 

In my opinion. The episodes that came with David tennant were the last good episodes of doctor who. Some episodes when Matt Smith was the doctor were okay but i don't think they were as good as previous episodes. I also think the episodes that Peter Capaldi is in are really boring.

 

Oh! and don't get me started on Clara. I hate her. Me and my friends always make jokes about her such as her big head always getting in the way of the camera.
