movies/tv Phineas and Ferb ending today. Thoughts?

So I'm not sure if someone has already made a thread dedicated to this but I just found out today that the show's ending tonight I found out from Youtube comments so I truly am a pathetic individual I watched this show way more when I was in Houston and hung out with my cousins who had cable, but it's still always had a special place in my heart so although I'm sad to see it go I'm glad it had a good long run and legacy that it left behind

 

How do you guys feel about this? Do you think it's about time Disney finally put the show to rest? Do you wish it could have continued longer? Or maybe you feel it overstayed its welcome? Feel free to leave your thoughts below

Before friendship is magic, I've been watching this show for years! It's fun, but I think it should end with a good episode before it becomes a Franchise Zombie, like SpongeBob SquarePants.

It's pretty good Definitely worth checking out to see if it's your kind of show Really fun and crazy overall.

The first 3 out of 4 seasons are available on Netflix. I'm hoping that once the final episode of season 4 airs tonight, that Netflix will add all of Season 4 to the library.

Phineas and Ferb is another of my favourite shows. They did very well to keep up a high quality of show throughout its entire run. I will be sad to see it go, but unlike many shows, I don't think they can ever truly claim to have jumped the shark, so it will always hold fond memories and keep others coming back to watch it over and over again.

 

I will be very sorry to see the last episode.

Man that really sucks, Phineas and Ferb is the one good Disney show that remained after all the other Disney series were cancelled, I love Phineas and Ferb and I'll miss the show on television.

   It's difficult for me to imagine that Phineas and Ferb have finally reached their end, but what a wondrous time they gave us, I was in college when Phineas and Ferb premièred, and an navy reservist, they gave me much comfort and joy, during the most active time after high school, when I need to be entertained Phineas and Ferb delivered, although they are ending I am still happy, Phineas and Ferb is ending on a good note, and it was one of the reasons I would watch Disney, it was a positive experience that will be remembered, for it is also good to go full circle, and say good bye, rather than let it decline like Fairly Odd Parents, Phineas and Ferb has given us a great legacy, so all I will say is farewell and thank you.

Actually, Phineas and Ferb are going on hiatus.

 

It's been said by one of the creators on his Twitter himself that it's not ending forever and go on a long hiatus break and for now they're going to be looking to do some new things with their lives. So relax, Phineas and Ferb isn't over yet!

 

Before Gravity Falls, Phineas and Ferb was the only Disney channel show I would want to watch and I still watch it sometimes here and there. It was also one of the only few shows I'd be able to watch before ponies and Gravity Falls and other shows like Star Vs the Forces of Evil. Disney channel is growing a lot and I can understand why they'd want to put their most successful and one of their most long-going shows ever to a rest.

 

I'm kinda disappointed too, because I wanted to see more of Stacey and Perry together since Stacey knows Perry is a agent now and I wanted it to be explored more and whenever the boys or Cadence mention him, Stacy would think about the whole secret. I've always liked the idea of Stacey knowing since she wasn't a member of the family, so seeing it ACTUALLY happen makes me want to see more of it. Too bad we can't see more of Stacey and Perry sharing the secret between them. I was actually so hyped up for it and it became one of my favorite episodes. -_-

I have not watched any Phineas and Ferb past Season 3 as the show has gone downhill. I was a huge Phineas and Ferb fan back in 2012. That show had a good innings and I am currently sad that a good TV show is ending.

Caught the finale a few hours ago with my siblings. While I haven't really been following the show since Across the Second Dimension, I was very sad to see it go. P&F was one of the things that got me back into cartoons after giving them up for much of middle school, and I have many fond memories of watching it along with my family. I think I'll always be able to look back on the many lighthearted episodes and catchy songs (that I still know all the words to ) and smile.

 

As for the finale itself, it worked as a fine sendoff to the series. In a way, it kinda figures that Candace going all Endless Eight was the only thing that could end that darned endless summer for good

 

 

Nice mix of creative hijinks, emotional moments, and suspense. I liked that it wasn't so caught up in wrapping up the series that it forgot to have fun along the way.

it is very sad,for me. Last time,I was a huge fan of it. Even now I'm still kinda a fan of it. So,it is sad for me that the show has come to an end. Right now I'm just hoping the fandom stays alive for as long as possible

Other than the occassional episode here and there that I enjoyed, I sadly cannot say that I ever really got into this show. The two main characters, that being Phineas and Ferb, always seemed so incredibly bland to me and none of the supporting cast except for Doofenschmirtz were much better, in my opinion. It just never pulled me in. 

 

Doof was a pretty awesome character though so if the show is going away, he is what I would miss most.
