My favorite is Kosuke Ueki! He has the power to change trash into trees! He totally kicks ass with it too! And I think he's a pretty cool character overall.

My favorite is Tsunayoshi Sawada from Katekyo Hitman Reborn. He's my favorite because of how he can go from being scared and not wanting to be the Vongola boss, to being awesome and smart in a battle. I also like how he can use his power of flames to fight, fly, and many other different things.

I guess my favorite character at the moment is Ciel Phantomhive. I just thinks hes cool, he looks cool and for a kid ( i guess ? he seems younger... ) he acts really adult like. Also i like his outfits. 

And he looked so cute in that one Episode who he was dressed up as a girl   

My favorite scene would be that one episode, where he has an sword fight with that blond guy...forgot his name.

Piccolo from DBZ. He is just bad ass in his own right man. His voice actor is awesome, his character development is sweet in the show, and he's got awesome abilities in the show. He may have lost his mojo after the Cell Saga, but I still find him awesome for his intelligence and battle tactics.

There's not a whole lot of characters in anime I could ever like enough to pick a 'favorite', I feel too many characters in anime/manga fall into specific tropes that make up their entire personality.

 

A character I feel like doesn't do this too much is one in my favorite anime, Attack on Titan. That character is Armin.

While he does kinda have a trope of 'Why am I so useless', he seems to quickly learn that he is at least competent in battle but he has great leadership abilities which I think matches his character immensely. This complexity in his personality and it being actively shown is why I like him most above other characters in the show, especially over Mikasa and Levi, who I personally do not like much.
