Friendship is hairy. My wife doesn't approve of men shaving; thus, the gorilla belly.

 

I'm about 160 in this photo. Now, I'm 190. Just fat.

 

I worked out every day for a little over a year to go from a 5' 6'' 210lb blob to that ^. I may not have a bowflex bod, but losing almost 50 pounds in 14 months was a big deal to me. Unfortunately, the blob is back. 7 months and no gym time, means flab. Gotta start working it off, once again. The cycle...
