Woodwind and brass instruments - Of course. But especially the oboe right now. And by that I mean actually playing it! I'm happy to be trying harder to actually learn it.

My music. I do not believe in developing my own style just yet, but attempting to recreate the classical masterpieces with which we have been graced is enough drive for me at the moment.

 

And the desire to understand things at a fundamental level. Just today someone used a term I had never heard before, and now I know it works to its fullest extent. Useful? Not really...but interesting nonetheless.

 

Also looking into creative writing. Someone claimed the other day that I was quite good at it. I was rather dubious at first, considering I had never written anything of the sort before, but I am willing to explore this area.

I'm a nerdy type. I love researching and learning new stuff, I'm somewhat tech savvy and am good with computers. I like gaming even though I'm usually not around to play too much. I enjoy learning new stuff in particular - I believe that if you don't strive to learn new things you'll stagnate and miss your chance to grow. Also books - I think this might be a weird combo but my top favorite genres are fantasy and nonfiction (biographies in particular).

 

That's all I'm about nowadays.
