Ever since I started taking SSRI's I've been having extremely vivid and long lasting dreams! They feel like they last for 30-60 minutes sometimes rather than the usually 5 minutes or so.

 

Recently they have taught me how to do things, useful things that I will need when I become older such as filling out applications for jobs, and brushing my teeth (no joke, ever since that dream I've brushed my teeth really well).

 

Anyways back to poines,

 

One time I had a dream where I beat Rainbow Dash in a race and she got sad but I hugged her. It's strange how I can feel things in dreams, like cold, warm, soft, rough, pain. When I hugged Rainbow Dash she was REAL soft and warm. I don't remember much but I think I told her not to worry or something like that. (This was before the SSRI's)

 

ickkkk ssri's....... I'm glad they're working well for you though. They gave me odd dreams too, but never realistic ones.

I use to take 10mg Lexapro, but I felt like it was making me an unemotional zombie so I went off of it cold-turkey last week.

Its been pretty hellish. The brain-glitches are no fun as well as randomly crying about insignificant things.

I had an awkward dream last night. I was at some strings camp with a couple good friends and next to our table were a bunch of bronies. They sang songs i didn't recognize and sounded bad, and were really annoying and obnoxious. My friends made no remarks and acted like they didn't hear them. I quickly left to eat with someone else as soon as i could.

With all the recent The Hobbit hype going on a few months ago, and the fact that I got my first lord of the Rings book back then, I couldn't help but dream a crossover. This involved young Luna and Celestia during the Pre-Classical era. Equestria's Middle Ages...

 

They were running up a mountain with oak leaves littered across the pathway... the mountains were misty, and were very craggy... the purple colors of dusk just barely painted highlights on the highest clouds of the stormy evening... they were afraid of something, and constantly looking behind them, down to the forests of the rim of the mountain. Even though the castle's walls looked lonely, cold, and dark, some strange green lights were flickering in one particularly large window at the top of the castle... it was neon, and smoke cascaded down from the cracks of the window, and made a misty waterfall bellowing in the cold wind. Celestia had a warm expression on her face, and nudged poor petrified Luna towards the front entrance. Just then, a large explosion was facing southward. A large orange laser-like light was shining from miles southward. It seemed to be coming from the Badlands, the land of fire, and where sun never shines. Celestia screamed, and ducked down into a pile of leaves nearby from the forested biome with Luna dragged with her. 

 

"Tia..." Luna kept saying, sounding absolutely famished, and coughing from the sudden shoving, "Tia... stop trying to hide... It's already found us."

 

Then they found out what caused the big explosion. A massive volcano residing and towering over pitch black, craggy, wall-like mountains had erupted. The surrounding lightening storm clouds began spreading across It's usual boundary and covering up every piece of land that crossed It's path.

 

"Tia..." Luna coughed up again, still hidden in the leaves, pointing straight to the south, and the light beckoning from the volcano.

 

"The darkness is coming..."

I suddenly had a dream where I was walking in the hallway depressed at school and then Pinkamena appeared with a depressed look and bumped into her and said umm. hi.. and she came to me crying saying school is bad and i said I never agreed more. So we had a plan to kill the people who gave us a hard time in school

You are so lucky and I am so jealous!  I have been writing down my dreams lately - and they seem to include characters and plots from tv shows and movies all the time.  Yet, I never recall having a single pony dream!  WTF?!

I had a really weird and pointless dream last night where I was a tall, slightly overgrown Spike who was 12 years old. That's all I can remember. XD

I don't always have pony dreams, but when I do, they're weird as f***.

I actually had a dream where the CMC's were with me in a futuristic NY style city and they were kidnapped.. er foal napped.. and it was up to me and someone who sounded like Chris Rock to find them... and we were "working over" a bad guy trying to get information...I can still hear myself shouting. "Wheres the girls" slamming this dudes face against a wall. And I won't elaberate what the other guy was going to do with the weedwacker.

I had two MLP dreams witch I can remember:

in the first one I met all mane 6, it was like a whole episode together

the second one was about me touching Pinkie Pie's Mane for some reason, and it was fluffy as hell

I had a dream last night about princess Luna holding a talent show for the kids at my school. When it was my turn, she said that I had to sing, because that was the only option left on the list. What list? I have no idea.

Back when I was first becoming a fan of the show, I had a dream in which Rainbow Dash appeared at the end, followed by a dream where I was sitting and talking to Twilight. Unfortunately, I can't remember what we talked about.

I have been keeping a journal of my dreams and doing "dream checks" during my waking life, like the books say.  But so far I have not had any lucid dreams.  Other than the one example I mentioned previously, none of my real life behavior is carrying over into dreams.  Lame.

Okay but to be serious the only half-pony related dream was one that I had years ago when I dreamed that everyone was starting to watch MLP, and then years later everyone starts watching MLP...damn it's weird how dreams can work that way sometimes.

I had one a few months ago where a humanized Scootaloo was in my old school's cafeteria. It was really strange, considering I don't really care too much about Scootaloo compared to the other ponies.

I've been a Brony for about a year now, and I can be pretty obsessive when it comes to the show and the fandom. But even after all the pony media and merchandise I've consumed, I've never had a dream even remotely related to My Little Pony. Admittedly, I don't have great dream recall but I can remember the general idea of what happened in my dreams, and I'm just about absolutely sure I've never had anything related to ponies in my dreams.

 

Gah, it feels so unfair! I've tried everything just to trigger it, because I'm pretty interested to see what would happen... wish there was some sort of guide or something to triggering things in your dreams.

Don't feel too bad, I'm pretty sure those were the only pony dreams I've ever had (accidental rhyming ftw). And since I was pretty obsessed with MLP at the time, it probably won't happen again.

Yeah, but my point is that I have been pretty darn obsessed with the show for a long time and not once have I had a dream with ponies in it. It really isn't that big of a deal, but it kind of aggravates me when minor stuff from the day works into my dreams, like something somebody said during the day, and not a single pony does.

 

Oh well, hopefully I can find a way to coax those confounded ponies into my dreamworld...

The only dream i remember about ponies was around five days ago... after i listened to "My little Dashie" on youtube...

 

I'm sure I've had more, but that's the one i remember, it was a good dream =)

I'm sure I've had a couple of pony dreams, I just can't remember what they are. Usually my dreams are quite surreal though, so it seems fairly unlikely that ponies would make it given there's not many surreal things I can relate them to.
