I used to have a problem with eating it as a kid, my parents called me a weirdo for that lol. But I love it now, it mostly depends on the type of bread on how much I'd enjoy eating the crust, but it's pretty good overall.

Okay, I just read this topic title as "Eating Bread Contest"; I need to get to bed.  And I don't currently eat bread, period; though I always ate the crust when I did.  Pumpernickel crust is delish.

While it is crystalized sugar and usually really tasty, it is really bad for the blood sugar. And it is boring as well, so I try to skip it

Pizza crust has nice flavor - adding the sauce to it - it's another meal - right?

I never used to eat the crust when I was little. I used to be a pretty fussy eater as a child. Up until her dying day my mum always reminded me how I refused to eat a sandwich just because it wasn't cut into triangles. I'm not so fussy about the crust anymore. I just eat it. But sandwiches must be cut into triangles!
