Meghan is busy on the movie, so after the movie she might be back, but until then, Larson and Josh are no longer head-writers, so who's head-writer for season 7? If I had to guess, I'm gonna go with Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco, or by their screenname, Lady Writers!

You know why they'd be a good choice? Rarity Investigates and Gauntlet of Fire were pretty much on my Top 5 favorite episodes in their seasons, and Legend of Everfree is probably my favorite EG movie! They also just had one "meh" episode which I'm sure you can guess what it is, and their remaining episodes were pretty good in my book! So that's a pretty good track record for them! They proven themselves to knowing how to write the characters on the show very well!

So who do you think is gonna be head-writer next season? :D

I'm hoping it's Joanna and Kristine too. I loved how tightly written and engaging Legend of Everfree was.

The show is desperately in need of more focus, so they're definitely my first pick.

I honestly have no idea but I'm also okay with whoever they choose... I will still support the show and watch it more than one time anyways XD they never disappoint (sure, they've had their 'meh' episodes but you can find those in literally EVERY show so yeah)

Probably fine as long as it's not Dusedau, but yeah, I suppose Lewis & Songco would be a good fit, although I hated "Legend of Everfree" and don't get the love for "Gauntlet of Fire" so them touching anything big worries me. Excepting "Rarity Investigates" and the underrated "Hoofffields & McColts," they're among the worst offenders for turning major characters into slabs of wood - what they did to Sunset Shimmer is unforgivable, On the other hand, "Top Bolt" was pretty great, and their writing tends not to be messy, "Legend of Everfree" aside, so they should at least be decent on the editing front. Would prefer Confalone or even Rapp on the two-partners, though, because a double-length "Gauntlet of Fire" isn't very exciting to me.

I'm really gonna miss Haber though.

I would be perfectly fine with this happening. Pretty much everyone else who has episodes I really like have left or only having one episode next season, so I guess I can accept this as a possibility.

Songco was hired to be a story editor on the CBS sitcom "The Great Indoors". I think Lewis is a writer for that show as well. I don't think either of them would have the time or even want to bother going back to writing for low budget toy commercials.

How exactly is MLP a low budget toy commercial?
