Minutes you mean? The store over here, there are two about 8 and 12 minutes away. A pizza place like 14 minutes away.

One of them Walmart Superthings is about 12mins by foot, way less by car if you just drive wherever and pretend nobody uses roads

It's a 3 minute walk to the nearest Tim Hortons, Home Hardware or Lindsay Dry Cleaners(which is also a Laundromat) for me.

The nearest is about a 10-minute drive. Though they only sell off-brand or name brand. For the most part a little too expensive and not that great. The grocery store we get everything (except Milk or the such, obviously) from is about half-an-hour away by car.

Since my neighborhood is at the edge of the city limits, it's a good 25 minute journey on foot to the nearest store. Our main grocery store is nearly twice as far away. Basically, having a vehicle is a necessity if you plan on going anywhere, as there currently isn't a transit system.

On foot my I can reach my local town store in about 15 minutes I would wager. The closest supermarket like Walmart on foot would be a 9 hour walk lol.

Small store, not far, big store, a little walk but not unreasonable walking distance and even less by vehicle. I imagine most of us in the West are pretty good when it comes to store distance, even in the rural areas of the countries. I think our attention should be invested into helping less fortunate countries, with no access to even the basic of necessities, such as water. Things are certainly better today than say 50 years ago for these countries, but the war, public service corruption and high criminal activity are what are holding these countries from making real progress. I hope that one day they can overcome these challenges and prosper to a more stable state and that we can all become a little more peaceful in this world full of chaos.

If it's snacks or some quick groceries, i got one not 2 minutes from my building, though it's a small store and their selection is limited. For anything else i hit the mall which is 10 minutes away by foot.

If I cut through this desert field, and through this train depot I can get to a store in less than 10 minutes. If I take the sidewalk I can get there in about 25 minutes. And if I drive there I can get there in less than 5 minutes... though that nearby store isn't my usual store.
