I would likaly become the ruler by marrying celestia, Luna ,and twilight after impressing them with my knowledge, skill, and wisdom then we would go on dates until they fell in love with me it would be all of them because they wouldn't want to fight each over me I might've after all used a spell to make them believe they really liked me, anyway I would first secure equestrias borders making treaties with all surrounding nations then I would focus on advancing technology and magical capabilities and make sure there was plenty of resources like food and water for my subjects
