Only the title is a reference, haha. The drawing came from thinking about her, Spike and the other dragons. She's just a teenager in attitude and ways, and Spike is just a boy. Many stories feature a love interest between a teen and a kid, and I think it's cute and funny. I just took the "teenager" part and sticked to it xD
