Black Friday Equivalent in Other Countries?

I know that the US has Black Friday, Canada has Boxing Day, and China has Single's Day (11.11). Now Black Friday has come to Canada in a way, most likely because they don't want us to go across the border for deals that are worth fighting for (literally).

I understand why some of you don't like Black Friday. I'm just curious to see if there are any discount shopping day in any other country than the US, Canada, and China.

Last year the shops in germany also started to do this thing. Lucky this doesn't concern me.

Well in Vietnam they also do black friday, I didn't know that till now..so who's knew?

stupid thing Black Friday. We Brits dont really care, maybe a few bits and pieces off Amazon and GAME for Cyber Monday, but nah, its not a mad thing. 

Our insane black friday type thing is Boxing Day sales and the January Sales, people camp and queue right after Christmas day for this crap!
