I had some seitan with onion and mushroom stir fry over white rice it was pretty good!!

I had simple toast with a light spread of butter, an avacado, and a sliced apple. Then two Andes mints and a tiny funsized Milky Way. 

 

Sounds sad, but oddly satisfying.

A few slices of lemon and also a cookie. Aaand of course I tried some of that tasty cheesecake batter as well.  It was fun to bake.
