Before MLP, Star Wars: The Clone Wars was my favorite series animated series to watch! Fantastic story and great use of characters with a ton of development! Cool new bounty hunters like Cad Bane, Mandalore was in it, return of old characters like Boba Fett and Darth Maul, and even personalities and individuality to the clones!

It was truly an amazing that ended prematurely! After season 5 1/2 seasons, there were still 2.5 more seasons until LucasFilms was bought out by Disney! If I could go to the alternate universe where the series never got cancelled, I would!

What did you think of the series?

Used to watch a lot of it. It has a pretty slow start, but it's a fantastic series and really helped expand the prequels more. Really wish the series got completely finished.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Surprised to see a lot of positivity for Clone Wars here as someone who knew a lot of people who hated it. It looked like a pretty interesting show from what I saw of it on Cartoon Network, but it just never registered to me as the kind of thing to sit down and really engross myself in.

The star wars series is A LOT better than the modern SW movies.

I loved The Clone Wars. I loved it back when it was just a micro series of 5 minute episodes. They always had a good grasp of the feeling of Star Wars and made the most of many things that could only be hinted at within the time restraints of the movies. The clones were well developed and had personalities to define them beyond their identical faces. Best of all we got the incomparable Ahsoka Tano; one of the best non-movie characters ever. And the show was the last of Star Wars that would have any involvement by George Lucas. These and so many other factors made Clone Wars special, and infinitely re-watchable.

It was good, could be better though.

Story 9/10

I loved most of the story though it could've fleshed out the characters more and I felt the end was kinda abrupt

Art 7/10

It was ok art style though nothing to write home about took a while to get used to it but it wasn't as horrible as I expected

Audio 7/10

Average audio don't remember much about it anymore so I guess it wasn't very special

Only started watching the first season. Heard it's a pretty slow burn but I've already been spoiled on what happens later and sounds really interesting

Fun series, I have to say. Watched it when it got released, and watching it now brings back a lot of fond memories.

I like it a lot and I think it gets better as it goes on; Season 5 and early Season 6 are my favorite parts of the series.

Season 7 is good. I think they did a decent job of tying up loose ends that had never been touched on in novels/comics, Revenge of the Sith, or Rebels. The series was building up to the Siege of Mandalore, beginning as far back as Season 2, so thank goodness they finally got to that point.

Seriously. I rewatched the whole show before Season 7 came out and honestly... years later, after the show was originally canceled, I think it has aged well. I enjoyed it more this time around.
