The Mane Six, Lightsaber Styles and Forms.

So this thread got me thinking about the Mane Six and what their lightsaber styles and dueling forms would be. So first to make it easy for non-SW nerds  to jump in here are:

Hilt Styles

Crystal Colors   

&

Combat Forms

That way you can see what you have to work with. So my opinions are as follows:

Twilight Sparkle 

She would likely use a standard hilt lightsaber with a green blade. Her style would probably be form 6 Niman the diplomats' style. The reason for this is she likes to study magic so she would probably focus on the Force and the diplomats' style would suit her especially with its emphasis on using the Force during combat. 

Rainbow Dash 

She would likely use a dual-bladed lightsaber with a purple blade. Her style would be the aggressive form 7 Juyo possibly of theVaapad variant but I am not sure there. The reason is that she is a passionate character that loves to win. So controlled the passion that directed the strikes of form 7 would likely suit her well. 

Pinkie Pie 

 She would likely wield two shoto sabers with pink or some other odd color blade. Her style is for sure form 4 Ataru of the Jar'Kai variation. She would be all over the place flipping and spinning her twin sabers a whirlwind of unpredictability. 

Fluttershy 

She would have a standard hilt lightsaber with a green blade. Her style would be the all-defensive form 3 Soresu. Not liking conflict I can see her being a defensive fighter preferring to tire her opponent out rather than fight them if at all possible. 

AppleJack 

She would have a standard hilt saber with a bronze colored blade. This blade is a rare color that denotes intense physical strength. She would use the powerful form 5 Djem So. Her saber style would be one of overwhelming physical power and power for power blocking her would likely be a fools move. 

Rarity 

She would wield a curved-hilt lightsaber with a blue blade. Her fighting style would be the elegant form 2 Makashi. She would fight with style and grace using little effort but instead the dancer like precision and snake-like strikes of the contention form to whittle her opponent down to size. 

 

So these are my views on what sabers and forms the Mane Six would use. Plus my reasoning behind each of them. 

What do you think? Do you think they would use different forms?

Who do you think would be the best dualist? 

Would any of them use some lesser known light weapon like the light whip or tonfa saber? 

( If there is enough interest in this I will do ones for Force powers, maybe secondary character styles etc )

I'll just go with the lightsaber forms. I feel not in the mood for lightsabers atm.

Twilight Sparkle
Probably either Form II: Makashi, or Form VI: Niman

Rainbow Dash
Probably form VII: Juyo/Vaapad

Rarity
Most likely Form VI: Niman, or Form III: Soresu

Applejack
Probably Form V: Shien/Djem So, or Form II: Makashi

Fluttershy
Most likely Form III: Soresu, possibly Form I: Shii-Cho

Pinkie Pie (the beloved!)
Most likely Form IV: Ataru

I could see Makashi being a viable form for her. But I would think Niman that focuses on the use of the Force in the battle would be more her style.

I could see Niman possibly but Soresu eeeh IDK that is a very passive form that while graceful is not as much the dancers style that Makashi. I think that the grace and flow of Makashi suits her better.

Applejack lacks the grace and flow needed for Makashi. I really do not think it would work for her.

I had not even thought of the most basic form for her but yes that makes sense.

I feel like Fluttershy would definitely have a yellow blade -- the color of the Jedi Sentinels and usually symbolizing protection and defense.

I think each of the mane six would have a color blade that is the color of their coat.

According to Disney ... I mean George Lucas, all of them would have random blue and green ones
