For a while, it was Friendship is Magic. It was the very first episode I watched. It dispelled some assumptions I had made about MLP:FiM and converted me to a fan.

Now, I think my favorite is Look Before You Sleep (S01E08). This episode gets me laughing so much, especially the parts where Rarity and AJ are arguing.
