Well, the MLP FIM characters are sorta.....

 

I don't find real horses attractive, but I just sorta see the cartoons as real people (you get what I'm saying?)

In general, the FiM characters are not very horse like. Yes, their movements and some of the things they do are, but that's really where the similarities end. Their manestyles would likely be impossible to actually have on real horses, they're sentient, are capable of human level speech and intelligence, have mildly complex societies, etc

 

The other half of it is that they're generally very pleasing to look at. They're drawn with very soft lines, have very pleasant colors, etc. Not to mention that they are even emotionally likable. Everypony in the fandom always has at least 1 pony they like the personality of, even if it's a BG pony

The opening was a bit heavy hoofed. There are other threads where the topic was brought up more ambiguously and it felt more like a natural discussion with good points for support and polite disagreement for against. Humanized ponies?

 

Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly more palatable and acceptable I guess.

 

I have never even thought of looking at...adult style ponies in their familiar forms. I have come across such pictures by accident and I still wish I could erase those memories.

 

I will be honest. I have done some...research....regarding the humanized ponies. I had no issue looking at the pictures. However, when I thought about clopping to them, I could barely think about the topic. I kept thinking about how cute the ponies are and how I would destroy the innocence they represent.

 

If others think ponies are sexy(humanized or not) that is their business and I leave them to it. For me, I will not be researching humanized ponies again.

I don't really, um, get off to ponies, but if you do whatever. I mean, while it's strange, and while I am having a hard time trying to explain why people would be attracted to ponies besides stuff like bestiality even though I know it's possible, there's just so much worse out things out there that people could enjoy.

 

For a couple years of my life I was basically homeless in a really crappy area, so I've met people that were way worse than any clopper could possibly be. Not going to really get into it because if ponies are too much, then god knows what you guys would think of child porn distributors and all that nasty jazz.
