Out of these characters, I'd personally pick Wind Rider as the worse one. Spoiled Rich was very arrogant and unlikable in "Crusaders of the Lost Mark"... But her brief appearance in "Applejack's 'Day' Off" was actually funny (the highlight of that episode for me)! I don't really have anything positive to say about Wind Rider.

I'm tempted to play devil's advocate and say Wind Rider, since he was just such a predictable one-shot character. He does at least get a dose of comeuppance though, unlike Spoiled Rich who just gets a talking to and is...still a terrible mother.

Spoiled Rich was always a bitch but she at least doesn’t hide it. Wind Rider is a backstabbing bastard who tries to be all friendly until his records are threatened
