Strong continued holding her, gently stroking her mane and rocking slowly back and forth, hoping she would calm down and tell him what it was.

Rose looked up at Strong with tear filled eyes and said,

"I... I don't know how to say this..."

Strong kissed her forehead,"It's ok. You can tell me" be said gently to her.

Rose closed her eyes and said,

"I... I had a dream about... a foal..."

Strong raised an eyebrow, "A foal? What about the foal?" he asked her.

Rose said softly,

"It was... our foal."

Strongs eyes widened slightly and his mouth dropped a little, "O-our foal?" he breathed. He had never once of having a child, and he knew this was merely a dream she had, he couldn't help but feel a flutter in his heart.

Rose nodded and said,

"I-it scared me... But that's not all..."

Strong was very curious. Why would it scare her? "What happened?" he asked.

Rose started crying once more.

"It became infected... I had to kill him..."

Strong felt a weight drop in his stomach. He held her close and said comfortingly "It's alright Rose. It was only a dream, that would never happen... Shhh"

Rose shook her head while crying.

"I... I couldn't do it..."

Strong gently rubbed her back, "You would never have to. It was only a dream Rose, nothing more. You have nothing to worry about"

Rose shook her head and said,

"I... I don't think most of it was a dream..."

Strong was confused, "Wh-what do you mean?" he asked her curiously.

Rose shook her head slowly and said,

"I... I think I'm..."

Strongs eyes widened a little, "Go on" he continued though he had a hunch of what she was going to say.

Rose laughed softly and said,

"You know what I'm going to say... pregnant."

Strong took a deep breath. Pregnant. He was going to be a father. He gave a small smile the pulled her into a hug, saying nothing.

Rose held him as well without saying a word.

Finally strong spoke up, "I think I know of one place where we could go where the foal would be safe"

Rose nodded her head.

"Cloudsdale.. I know."

Strong looked down surprised "How... how did you know?" he asked.

Rose looked up at him and said,

"It was in my dream..."

Strong gave a small chuckle, "Are you psychic and haven't told me yet?" he joked.
