Only 90's kids will rember growing up in the 90s. Does the phrase work like that? 

I was born in 92'. Was quite the time period, though the late 90s and early 2000s I consider to be the happiest time of my life.

While I'm a 90s kid, I define growing up in the decade you became an adult in. So I grew up throughtout the 00s.

Even though I was born in 1999, it was near the very end of that year. So I'm really a 2000's kid.

Ah yes, the 1990s! Quite the decade to grow up in, with the rise of many technological and social devices that would go on to shape the world we now live in today. Looking back at old photographs, it also seemed to be a time where horrible mustaches were in fashion.

I was born on the tail end of the 80s, so I grew up in the 90s. But when I think back, I think more of the 2000s - when I was in my teens - than I do the 90s. I was really young in the 90s.

I grew up in the 2000's and 2010's (2001-2009 being my baby/kid years and 2010-2019 being my pre-teen and teen years). I do have a lot of memories from the 2000's as a young kid, although I feel like I have more, greater memories in the 2010's.

Although I was born in the early ‘70s, I identify more as an ‘80s kid so I’m ok with that choice.  For one thing, good home ports of arcade games didn’t come about until 1982 when Coleco Vision and the Atari 5200 hit the market.  The decade also had a bunch of 22 minute commercials masquerading as cartoons for things like Transformers, GI Joe, and, of course , My Little Pony.

Well, I was born in 1994, but most of the childhood and "teenhood" I remember was in the 2000s, and some 2010s.

Like I don't have that many memories from the 90s other than some childhood friends, preK and kindergarten. Sucks that I don't.

 

Side note, I always liked that year, 1994.
