gaming BF3 vs. MW3

Simple question: Battlefield 3 or Modern Warfare 3?

 

Personally, I believe BF3 is far superior to MW3. I got bored of MW3 really quickly, but I still play BF3 on almost a daily basis. I used to enjoy Call of Duty, but it's just gotten boring for me at this point (That might be cause I played way too much MW2 lol)

I honestly can't decide. I really love both of them, I liked BF3 because of the spectacular sense of realism and fluid movements and balanced multiplayer and all the great features. But at the same time I liked MW3's multiplayer features (besides game chat...) and the campaign was absolutely amazing (one of my favorites) so yeah I think they're both great games.

 

and for anyone who wants to respond: I am not a CoD fanboy I just appreciate a well done videogame and MW3 is one.

Im personally not going to vote because i like bouth of them , i only ever play bf3 with friends otherwise i find it to boring and slow , but i don't mind playing mw3 on my own to unlock new levels and prestiges to show of to my friends ( sorry if i spelled alot of that wrong XD )

MW3 has fast paced multiplayer, and an engaging storyline

 

BF3 has large multiplayer maps and more focus on team work

Both were disappointing. I play none of them anymore. I'd say BF3 because it didn't suck as much as MW3.

They're pretty much balanced as to which is better.

 

The only reason I choose MW3 is because my BF3 disk doesn't want to work at the moment! xD

I haven't played either, but every BF game I've ever played has been better than any MW game I've played, so probably BF3.

BF3: It's when you want to get tactical and all into teamwork and that stuff. The Battlefield series is famous for that and it's HUGE maps. It can get a little slow-paced some times though but the vehicles and realism make up for it.

 

MW3: This is a fast, action-packed, shoot 'em up. I get a thrill every time I'm running down some random corridor and then BAM! Headshot.

Call of Duty is getting milked to the point where they're pumping out generic titles every half-year or so to rake in all the cash that they can. I'd take Hello Kitty Island Adventures over another boring CoD any day of the week.

Can't really vote, since I haven't played BF3 but from what people say, it seems really good. I know I really liked other Battlefeild games over most of the COD ones.

 

Only thing I still like about COD is that usually the storyline is pretty good. But nope not going to vote.

I respect CoD, although its latest titles are getting worse and worse every year, but i think that BF3 is much better built in terms of graphics, psychics, features, etc, but you have to consider that infinity ward and treyarch only have 2 years to make a CoD game, (they come out every year but treyarch and infinity ward go one after the other), whereas DICE gets I think 4-5 years to make BF3.

However with that said I enjoy Bad Company 2 more than I did 3.

 

Also I can't knock COD off completely since if you are dealing with one TV you can actual somewhat enjoy COD MP.

BF3 you need at minimum 8 system linked xboxs for a fun game.

The only reason I found out about CoD was because I wanted to play a co-op zombie game with my bro. Soooo, CoD was an accident. Love the zombies though.

BF3 = Slower paced, more vehicle based action.

Since they are both FPS's (first person shooters) they are viewed as the same

While:

Infact they are BOTH FPS's they are different

Because:

They feature very different gameplay

So in conclusion:

They are both good for what they do

But:

BF3 is better

Because:

It offers unique realistic gameplay, it has realistic graphics, better guns and personalizibg options, etc.

 

Edit: I forgot that BF3 is more teamwork based (even tho I use team work when I play COD)

MW3 is the same exact thing and its a worse piece if shiz than the one's before it.

 

BF3 is all around more fun to me in every aspect. Though, it is a lot slower paced than cod.

You'll see me on Battlefield 3 any day! The only Modern Warfare I liked was the first one. None of the "sequels" can really top it. Heck, I still play the first Modern Warfare ocassionally.
