Was anyone bullied/harassed for being a brony?

Once, there was these three asshats. This trio of troubling asshats hated me very much. One day I wore a derpy shirt to school. The 'asshat trio' proceeded to attack me.

 

I was suspended for 3 weeks for causing near lethal injuries to all of them. Rule number 1. Dont fuck with meh ponies.

I've been in many fights, friend.

Up and down my middle AND high school years...I had a sort of.."reputaion" for it. x)

 

I tell you what though, I was never bullied at that time.

That was probably one of the few fights I won, and it was a 3v1. They never tried it again to me, but they tried to bully one of my friends when they found out he was one. I got them to back off, but they still try to get on my nerves.

Nah, most know it as the warrior gene. It affects people differently. For me I go into a blind rage and dont remember any of the fight afterward. Also causes me to be very socially awkward in nearly every situation, even with friends. :/

Ah, nobody likes being fucked with. Very amusing when people try to make me mad though, its hard to do, but when it happens, you had better run.

 

But, we are getting off topic here XD

 

I really wish there was less people getting bullied at school because of this, it pisses me off knowing how often it happens; and how I cant stop it.

Surprisingly not actually. I was literally busted by the "cool" kids watching MLP at school and all they did was have a little chuckle and never brought it up again. I don't know if they forgot or just didn't care but whatever it's fine with me.

As a closet brony, I have not been bullied for being a brony.  However, I suspect that my friends would mildly tease me and my enemies would certainly harass me.

I'm very sorry to hear that you have had to deal with such stupidity. People can be awful.

Kind of, but they don't usually try to directly harass me now, and I don't usually give a damn about them as long as they don't get all aggressive on me or hurt my friends.

 

I used to get bullied pretty often a few years back then, well mainly in 5th grade through 8th grade, though ponies was not the main reason it is part of the cause. (Provided past MLP generations count)

 

It ended in a fairly life threatening situation forcing me to fight one of the bullies (the one in charge I guess, since he's the most aggressive one and the one who first started to harass me in the first place back in 5th grade), and I don't want to get too much into the details. Don't worry he's very much alive, though I hope he could still have kids.

 

I guess that's the main reason I started training myself in the first place. Yes I still get crap from people for being a brony, but at least they don't mess around with me that much anymore since I could defend myself and my friends should they get aggresive.

 

But if they're just all talk and bluff, I personally don't see the point of wasting my time on them. Maybe dish some intelligent responses effectively making them look like fools if I'm bored or when it's necessary now and then, but usually I just don't give a flying damn about them.

IRL? not really. Most of the people at my high school don't really care and just ignore it.

Internet? I'd say a few times by a Facebook friend. He doesn't really bother me that much since he doesn't really hate the show or me.

I get bullied all the time at my school since I wear a rainbow dash backpack along with pony shirts most of the time. I try to ignore them the best I can.

I haven't been bullied IRL, but I did encounter some trolls on the internet. I just ignore the trolls and block them.
