I'm sure it counts.

I called Golden Sun (a GBA game that I played in late 2002 and early 2003) nostalgic back in 2007.

There's no limit to what can or can not be nostalgic, only the individual can determine what is or what is not. As I said earlier in the topic I find Twilight Princess very nostalgic. You'd think that people would laugh at me for that, but none have... to my knowledge, that is. =P

Pokemon Sapphire was released nearly 10 years ago.

10 years ago... I was 5! gee... I think I was like 6 when I played it... 1st grade...

I am prone to leaving both short and long posts as well as with my profile feed...

Final Fantasy IX, Super Mario World, and Pokémon Silver/Gold. Especially Pokémon and FFIX. I've played those two games SO MANY TIMES that they are huge sources of nostalgia and bring back a rush of past memories.

My first game was Sonic 2, I played Sonic 3, but could never get past that barrel! Other than that, Rocket Knight Adventures, Crash, Spyro, Digimon 1 (I played 2 last year, and liked it more than the first one) and I had an Atari computer. Pokemon Silver, oh and Hey You Pikachu.. What else.....

Halo CE is always a bit too nostalgiac. I find it hard to just play through because it reminds me of when I would play games 6-8 hours a day x_x

well the first game I played ever was super Mario brothers. My oldest brother got it the year it came out for his birthday and also the NES. I played it so much but never managed to beat it. that NES is still working to this day funnily enough however I gave it to my nephew so he can enjoy the wonders of classic Mario.

I have my old Atari 2600/NES/SNES/Nintendo 64/Playstation 1 lined up upstairs, i plug them in every once in a while. Some of my favorite games are F-zero, Mario Kart 64, Link to the past, Metal gear solid... Yeah, pretty much all the classics you'd expect from these consoles.

Let's go downtown.

While as a kid I had a NES, I really didn't get into gaming until I got a ps1.

Absolutely loved MGS and the Crash Bandicoot games.

Those two games had me playing them for almost whole days when I was little, same with Spyro the dragon.

The GC is so underrated. Much of my childhood in gaming exists there. Backyard Sports (when owned by Humongous Entertainment), Pajama Sam, Freddi Fish, Putt-Putt those old Lego games. Aww yeah. Those were the days.

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy... That was an awesome game, especially when you know the cheats. Star Wars: Battlefront II and Knights of the Old Republic were also epic.

To this day, Knights of the Old Republic is my favorite RPG.
