mega thread What game are you playing right now?

Nothing at the moment, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new update for Gran Turismo 6. According to a friend of mine who works for Polyphony Digital (He does car and sound modeling), he has told us (our circle of friends) that v1.12 is going to be massive.

 

He has also warned us about a potentially huge download and installation time, which is an estimated 90 minutes on a ggod connection.

Tales of Graces f. Chaos difficulty is handing my ass to me. I'm only fighting the normal monsters on Chaos, the bosses are freakishly powerful on that difficulty, so I'll take it down a notch to make it less rage inducing to beat them.

Right now. I'm doing a replay of Super Mario Galaxy (I don't have 2 ) and I'm also finishing CoD Ghosts campaign. I don't understand why this campaign got bashed, as I'm finding it enjoyable. Two days ago, my friend and I also beat Assassin's Creed IV on his xbox.

Right now, I'm pretty hard into Destiny and Diablo 3, but I've also started replaying the .hack// series. And after that one guy played and beat Fallout 3 with a "kill everyone" playstyle, I put a little time into Fallout New Vegas.

I've picked up a few games recently and have been playing them. After I beat Digital Devil Saga I got the Mass Effect Trilogy. Then a friend got me wanting Anarchy Reigns which was on sale for less than $2 on Amazon (at the time) so now I'm playing that too.

 

Here's the funny part about Digital Devil Saga: I build up my main character to be a powerhouse magic user and give him Almighty skills so that he'll be invincible...and it turns out the final boss is a bitch and is strong to Almighty which nearly made him useless in that fight if it weren't for the fact that his high magic stat made his healing spells ultimately powerful even when he didn't have the full-heal spells and also had Magic Repel on which made the fight a lot easier.

 

I'm taking a break between games before I move on to Digital Devil Saga 2 though. Anarchy Reigns won't take me too long to beat, then I'll go back to Mass Effect. Dunno when I'll get around to DDS2 at all cuz I got the whole ME series to go through and a bunch of other games coming in, though mostly shmups which won't take up too much of my time unless I get addicted to them.

It's taken a lot of good fantasy elements from many games, and made them accessible in one game. Although there's nothing new of groundbreaking in it, the game so far has been extremely enjoyable.

Playing Destiny on the X-Box 360. Such a great game, I wasn't planning on getting it, but did anyway. Picked it up at GameStop on the release day, and got the special sparrow, even though I didn't pre-order it. My roommate is unfortunately also highly addicted to this game, so I haven't gotten much play time in yet.
