Wind Whistler is now my Porygon, using Recover, Hidden Power Fighting, Psychic and TriAttack. I'd probably not get very far because without Eviolite, Porygon and Porygon2 can't do too much.

Pinkie Pie: Moves (assuming that Attack is higher than Sp. Atk stat, and I'm going to guess Defense is greatest stat cause thats just what I thought)

- Double Edge (Pinkie needs some super strong move, right?)
- Sleep Powder (Well I suppose this should be Sing, but that doesn't have as good accuracy :T )

- Metronome (Pinkie Pie is random, and metronome does a random move ^^)

- Recover (I'd imagine her to have a healing move)

 

Pinkie will be a Normal- type pokemon, capable of learning a variety of TMs :3 
I'd think she would be able to get pretty far in the region. Normal types go well against mostly anything, ghost-types being the biggest threat. If Pinkie Pie were up against Agatha, the Ghost-type Elite Four member, Metronome would be the safeset bet. Though the chances of getting a ghost or physic-type move is kind of slim, there's always hope :3

Pinkie Pie - The Happy Pokemon (Normal/Psychic)

 

This Pokemon is known for it's uncanny sense of empathy with it's trainer and tendency to know what will happen before it even does. It enjoys the happiness of others and almost always becomes the 'joker' of a team it's on.

 

Ability - Energetic, this Pokemon is always ready for action, meaning it never skips a turn of combat even when it otherwise would have and has increased priority on all moves. In return, the accuracy of all it's moves is reduced by 25.
