There are various fan names for her, my favourite being "Fleur de Lys". I actually don't find her pleasing to the eye like I do other ponies - apparently her unique body design was chosen to give her a "supermodel" physique, and I have never found "supermodel" physiques to be appealing in the slightest, so that might be why.
