I notice that too, so I got headcanon that Blueblood not a prince anymore because Shining Armor taking over. He probably left canterlot and move somewhere in Equestria. He is now unknown to ponies and the royal head.

But, I got a feeling he will appear in season four or later.

Funny because he isnt that much of a jerk compared to Trixie, Gilda and Diamond tiara.

Is it because hes a male? he isnt pony hitler you know

Actually I would be very surprised if any of those 3 were at the wedding either. But no its not because he's male. If anything he's a disgrace to males everywhere and Spike is an infinitely more gentle stallion than Blueblood ever will be.

And that's saying something.

Then how come he gets more hate than those three? Gilda scared an old mare, Trixie abused foals, Diamond Tiara insulted Granny Smith and in season four shes gonna do something worst.

Yet he seems to get the most hate, even Prince joffrey gets less hate

Its not necessarily that Blueblood gets more "hate" than the aforementioned 3. Rather its that he gets a lot of attention due to his character being more memorable as a parody and popular running gag, making him infamous in that regard.

Trixie does get her share of jokes, but people deem her as a deeper character, presumably since she appeared more than once, including outside the show and as a major rival to Twilight. You also must remember she redeemed herself in Magic Duel, which makes others more forgiving towards her or at least she her in a more positive light. More than anything, Prince Blueblood is like a fill in gag character that was meant to parody the Canterlot elite and act as a foil and mini antagonist to torment Rarity.

Diamond Tiara is actually a major antagonist, but for whatever reason she's not seen as that particularly amusing or fun to laugh at. She's primarily an antagonist to the Cutie Mark Crusaders. As for Gilda, well she only had one notable appearance and though she is an interesting character, she arguably doesn't run as high on the comedy factor as Blueblood tends too.

Prince Blueblood is just the stallion everyone loves to hate or laugh at. It's not all his fault, its simply the way the writers made him and how fans consequently in turn viewed him. Being royalty doesn't always make you a saint or popular ya know.

Actually If that was the case then that would make him like Zapp brannigan from Futurama who people either laugh at or hate.
