There's this girl on here that doesn't suspect a thing. I'm debating if I should ask her to be my valentine...I'm not sure we're close enough yet though.

 

Well, I haven't done much yet, but what I want to do is nothing specific. It depends who the girl is and what kind of person they are. I can't do the same thing for all of them, some girls may not like it.

No wild plans this year. Take the long rifle and maybe the .45 out for a good long precision (100m - 1000m) shoot. It's my zen place. Makes me feel good. Afterward, come home, clean my weapons, crack open a bottle of Macallan and smoke a good cigar. Man stuff.

 

Most romantic thing? My gf at the time was having a rough time dealing with a death in her immediate family, so I showed up to her porch and played and sang her favorite song for her on guitar at 3:00 am. On a work night.

 

Dream girl? She doesn't need to be my idea of a dream. She only needs to be real to me and to herself. That's all I care about

I don't really celebrate any holidays so this one will come and go like any other but just like any other holiday it has the fringe benefits: Discount candy. I'm not much of a candy eater but once in awhile I'll eat it. I pretty much save my candy eating for times like this.

 

I suppose in the spirit of this topic: Most romantic thing I did was not rain on people's parades when they do celebrate holidays like this. I actually get sick of the people who say "fuck Valentines" as if it actually affects them when nothing happens. It's just a random Tuesday or Thursday to those who don't celebrate it and/or aren't in relationships.

 

I encourage all of you who believe in the spirit of the holiday to really show your love for your significant others and if you can't do that at least show your love for a family member. They make for good substitutes when one feels lonely.

Since my bf is currently in Canada and won't be here til Spring, probably spend the day skyping/gaming/romantic mushy stuff with him. Granted we do that every day haha. We want to send eachother valentines cards too.

Idk, I've not done much but past bfs of mine have got me chocolates, jewelry, stuffed animals etc

When my bf comes here my ideal date would be the movies and dinner. Not really fancy either. I just wanna enjoy some good food

We've been together, long distance for 10 months. It's not all that bad but we're planning a future together if things keep going this well. He's funny, says random stuff, makes me laugh, is adorable and I trust him completely. <3

What my plans are for valentines day, nothing valentines related.

 

Never done anything romantic, I guess I'd like to like do some type of surprise romantic thing like a trip or a gift.

 

My dream date would be to just hang out, maybe look at the stars something romantic like that.

 

What is my dream girl/guy like? Just funny, similar interests and things like that. I'm not really too much into all that stuff and I don't really care too much as long as I enjoy being around her. Though it would be a dream come true if she liked cars.

What are your plans for Valentine's Day?

 

My crush (Jaimie) and I haven't spoken to each other at all lately because we've both been so busy. I'm going to write her a Valentine's Day card to show that I still care about her. Nothing excessively romantic. Just a candy gram to let her know I'm still thinking of her. It's the least I could do after all the times we had together last semester.

 

What's the most romantic thing you've ever done?

 

Not sure if this counts, but I told Jaimie was performing for a master-class last fall. I didn't invite her per se, thinking that she would be busy. When I waited for my performance, it turned that she wanted to watch me play, jumping at me when I was still studying for a test. She watched me through the whole performance, and when I played, it felt like she was the only one in the auditorium. I wowed her with my performance, and she (shyly and cutely) thanked me for letting her see me play. She was so cute... :3

 

My dream date?

A day at the Botanical Gardens with Jaimie that ends with me serenading her with violin music.

 

What's your significant other like?

I don't really have a significant other right now. Only a (very) significant friend (Jaimie). Think Fluttershy and you have her. Environmentally conscious, shy but assertive when needed, a vegetarian, and... umm... cute? :3

Probably nothing. I just got a new job, but it's gonna take a month or so for me to make any money, so it's not in our best interest to go and do something. Maybe we'll do something cheap like staying in and watching a movie or something. I'll probably also make him chocolate, but this, again, is dependent on my financial situation.

I wasted all my romance on the first guy I ever dated. Who turned out to be a total douche. So while I'm rather bitter in even mentioning it, I both wrote, composed and sang a song which I made into a CD and I played a song on my sax for him. I'd say either one of those things.

I dunno about anything leading up to it, but it would definitely end in going to a love hotel. I love love hotels.

He's funny and quirky. Somehow, he's stoic and completely not serious at the same time. He can be a bit moody at times. He's very smart especially regarding science. He loves animals. And he's my best friend

I guess getting hitched was one of the romantic things I’ve done. It didn’t feel romantic at the time because I was sick with jitters, but generally speaking, it was pretty sweet.

A dream date for me is a trip to Disneyland. I’m easy to please. It doesn’t matter that I’m there almost every day, I love it and I have special discounts that come in handy.

My SO/hubby is sturdy. He has dignity, conviction and understands the importance of chivalry. He’s like a relic of a different age. I think of him like an oak tree that doesn’t sway or topple, he just endures. Dang, I like that.
