technology iTunes on Windows. Why?

I tend to completely disregard Apple products entirely!

I can stand using Macs

I don't own or really care to own an iPod

My Sony Walkman MP3 works fine and uses Windows media player

If I wanted Apps I could get an Android Phone

I don't like how iTunes pricing and how it treats it's artists! The artists sell their music to iTunes and get not much of a profit off of it. While sites like Bandcamp allow you to choose your own pricing, and only take 15%-10% profit which isn't bad!

I do respect Steve Jobs though... he built his company from the ground up and his company had the balls to basically fire him from his own company. He then made a rival company, made a truce with Apple to come back, and then took it over again!

That's as badass as a CEO you can get!

What's the point of iTunes on Windows?

I'll tell you!
So I needed an app badly for my first generation iPad, and it refused to install/download because it was only available for newer iPads. So that's where iTunes for Windows came in handy. By paying for the app on there, it forced it to allow installing on my older iPad, since the purchase was done on Windows, there was no way for iTunes to know I had an older iPad, and since I paid for the program, I got to install it (the last working version). And I am still using it today! :wau:

Never use iTunes on Windows, it sucks, it doesn't work, it malfunctions, it's inconvenient. Use Copytransmanager and it never failed me. Want to edit the tags of the MP3 files? Use Mp3tag. Better yet, don't use iPhones if it's inconvenient for you.
