Now I disagree, Trixie would have increased physical capabilities not increased magical abilities. The only advantage of being a vampire when it comes to magic is an unlimited (in theory anyway) time to learn magic.

I'm not talking about Twilight at all, I'm talking about vampires in general. While many vampires may gain magical skill during their long life that doesn't mean they have any greater ability then anyone else when first becoming a vampire. Also I'm not counting their supernatural abilities such as shapeshifting or their ability to control others with their voice or eyes.

 

if anything I'm basing my vampires off of the Van Richten's Guide to Vampires. Though this book also shows that often times no two vampires are alike.

Well I admit I'm more of a sort that prefers characters earn their magical ability/skill and yet lets be honest becoming a vampire gives a number of benefits, with admitting weaknesses, we don't need to add magic power increase.
