Should S4E3 be a Rarity episode?

I personally don't care what happens though a Rarity episode is bound to happen, I don't really care when it comes in the season.

A Rarity episode is probably going to occur and she is long overdue for one but it dosen't matter to me exactly when the episode or episodes happen. Rarity as her fans point out has been ignored in season 3, and as a long time Applejack fan I can sympathize with having your favorite pony upstaged or simply ignored. And Rarity though I don't always agree with how she is written in a lot of episodes does have a great deal of potential as a character.

I'd kind of like to see her parents again. Maybe there could be an episode where she goes with them on some kind of family trip or something? Or maybe helps them out with something?

 

If there's going to be another episode that revolves around dressmaking, it ought to involved Princess dressmaking, though I don't know how enthusiastic Cadance would be after what Rarity did to her hair.

 

Or, heck, she could be involved in the setting up of the next Galloping Gala.

 

But there really should be an episode where she is actually generous. We haven't seen that quality in her since....ever?

Ever is a bit harsh. She did slice off her own tail in only the second episode just so some random monster she had never met before could have a complete mustache, not to mention she offered to make her friends their very own dresses for the Gala.

 

Besides, all of the ponies have actually had issues with their own elements before; Fluttershy with her whole assertiveness training with Iron Will as well as her attacking of the animals in "Best Night Ever" aren't exactly kind things to do at all.

 

I think the whole representation of the Elements thing is more of a core value type deal that all of them still need to work on throughout the show, although an episode where the Mane Six try their best to uphold their elements and have difficulty doing so would be very, very interesting to me.

I don't care what exactly the episode number is, I just want her to have a good episode or two or so.

 

I just want S4 to be some good quality episodes.

 

I have this weird feeling S4 E3 will be A Twilight episode.

I'm not expecting her to appear early in the season, but rather sometime in the middle or towards the end. Of course I kinda want her to be doing something different rather than making dresses, visiting Princess Celestia or hunting for gems. What I want the most is another episode with Sweetie Belle and/or with her parents.

Why e3? Seems a bit early. I would think that at that stage they would be exploring how the mane 6 and twi are getting used to the new change.  It sounds good for later in the season though.

The first two episodes?  Suited For Success? 

 

Generosity isn't just in the act of giving something to someone else.  It's about generosity of spirit, selflessness.  Think about it, Rarity's entire life's passion and calling is working hard to make *other* ponies look and feel good, not herself.  She, more than any other pony, is the most willing to swallow her own pride for the sake of her friends and family.

 

It's easy to forget about that if she hasn't been the focus of an episode for a while.  She really needs it.  Man, "Rarity for Two" can't come soon enough.

I wouldn't mind, but I guess it would be fair since the rest of the group did get an episode of their own for this season. Plus it would make a lot of the Rarity fans pretty happy, I know I was excited when I first saw the Wonderbolts Academy episode title x)

I'm sure the writers will give Rarity some spotlight in season 4, after all there are 26 episodes this time c:

I'm willing to bet that episode 3 will be a Rarity episode. I'm sure the writers know they made a mistake in not writing a proper episode for Rarity, so that should be a top priority for them. Don't worry, I'm sure we'll get plenty of Rarity in Season 4. I'm sure they'll do their best to ensure that all the Mane Six get their fair share of episodes, as well as Spike and the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

Well Rarity should get episode 3, because of the whole, no episode about herself this season happened. But it's really no big deal. With season 4 back to having 26 episode, there is a higher chances that she we get at least 1 or 2 episodes.

Oooooh, interesting. I hope Rarity does get her own episode soon, and the third in would leave plenty of space for the opener and getting PonyVille back to normal after whatever happens, happens. I feel like even though Rarity has had a moderately sized part in a couple of S3 episodes, it will feel unbalanced if she doesn't have one early on because of how long it's been.

Hmm, "Rarity for two"... perhaps a torn-between-two-dates deal? Could be interesting.

 

I'm definitely hoping for at least one Rarity-centric episode, and perhaps another Rarity/Rainbow episode, since they've interacted so little throughout the series, even in Sonic Rainboom which was their co-starring ep.

 

For the solo episode, maybe she gets artist's block/stuck overthinking a design? Practically writes itself... she gets an important order, friends keep distracting her from working, she runs them off, then can't think of anything, really can't think of anything, starts to freak out, goes to her friends, and it turns out whatever they were trying to show her in the first place inspires the perfect design.

 

Or how about one where her horn goes off, and leads her to discover something akin to the giant crystal cave, she takes one home with her, but then feels guilty for damaging a natural wonder what was already more beautiful than anything a pony can create. Then Twilight can use her princessly authority to declare it a national monument so it's protected from any further damage. Good moral to respect nature
