Asnee Hoof :

Before battle phrase: "Clear head. The sage style. Mind and fist are one."

Winning phrase: "Thank you for letting me win."

Lose phrase: "Thank you for showing some mercy."

 

Stance :

 

Forelegs are used for constant defense and attack. While one leg is used forward to attack, the another one stays behind it, prepared to defend. When the attacking leg finish attacking, it's pulled backward and the defending leg behind it attack. That's the cycle.

 

Left back leg is where the body weight is concentrated. The right one is empty, and is used to block low-mid body. Sometimes it's used to counter kick though.

 

That's the ponified version of my martial art.
