mega thread Last Movie You Watched?

I just saw The Perks of Being a Wallflower recently. It was such a powerful movie. The ending was just so depressing. Also, this was one of the only times I liked a movie about school.

I like seeing Emma Watson in other types of movies now that the Harry Potter series is done.  She is so awesome!  wub.png

I went and saw The Bling Ring in theaters when it first came out just because she was in it.

Today I saw Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

Well I don't really have much to say about it since I've seen the lotr films 20+ times each and I know like every line, hah.

I also watched some random drama comedy I don't remember the name of about a casual couple who were going to go to like hawaii or something but somehow they ended up in the slums somewhere else. It was pretty funny ,haha

Equestria Girls. Then I watched it again. And again. Repeat.

There was so much that I missed in my initial watching of the movie. Of course, that was in a theater, but when you go back and watch it again, you notice things that you missed before.

Did you guys and gals know that there is a Gangnam Style human in the dance scene after Twilight gets her crown back?

The Croods. Just watched it again a couple hours ago. Still one of my favorite movies of all time. It seems like it'll be a movie that will be entirely centered around comedy, but it actually takes itself very seriously, and in a good way. I loved every minute of it, even if it admittedly wasn't perfect.

Yojimbo. Excellent cinematography and music, as expected from Akira Kurosawa, and Toshiro Mifune is a total badass as always. But I can't get into it. It's strangely flat and unengaging to me, and I recall feeling the same way about the remake A Fistful of Dollars, so maybe it's just the story that doesn't appeal to me. Oh well.

Watched this just last week. It was a pretty good movie and makes me eager to start watching more. Just like the series there was a good mix of humour, action, and mystery.

Mama. I don't do scary movies, but I was with a friend who I hadn't seen in forever so I just wanted to do SOMETHING with her. Everyone said it wasn't that great. But I'm a total scaredy cat so I was freaked out the entire time.

Last movie I watched? Equestria Girls, no, wait, I remember now, The Heat was actually the last one I watched, not too long after I saw EQG (which is also pretty amazing IMO) for the fourth time in three days. :P

I loved it, it was hilarious! My mother and I couldn't stop laughing at certain parts! ^_^

The last movie I watched in theaters was Elysium. It was pretty decent. I also finally watched The Dark Knight Rises, which was pretty good, but not as good as The Dark Knight was.

Yeah. The Dark Knight Rises wasn't as good as The Dark Knight. Rises felt over-the-top and a bit less realistic than The Dark Knight's approach. Also, Rises didn't have a villian as good as the Joker. I'd say he was one of the best movie villains of all time.

I agree with you about the Joker.  Although I am a fan of Bane.  Just about every line he says in the movie makes a good quote, in my opinion.  I loved the voice and the mask and everything.

The problem I had with Bane is that half the time, I couldn't even make out what he was saying.

The last movie I watched was Star Trek: Into Darkness. Better than the first one. Only one more thing to say.... KHAAANN! KHAAAAN!!

Watched the 1989 Batman. It was okay, not horrible. Such a sadistic Joker. I wasn't expecting very much, but it wasn't bad. Now on to more Batman movies!
