You could always give a limit like only 10 slots or if it's a weekly thing you can say you only take 3 slots every week. This is just a suggestion, but it would help to limit all the requesting. Because once you fill the slots, they can't request anymore and if they do, simply ignore them.

Mulberry doesn't know what her special talent is yet. She likes to dance and sing and have a lot of fun. Sometimes she forgets to do her schoolwork as a result. Mulberry Twist swears that she was friends with Rainbow Dash in Flight Camp, but nopony believes her. She likes to eat cupcakes and hopes that she'll find a very special somepony someday.
