I would use my newfound alicorn powers to teleport to Equestria (assuming I was not already there when I inexplicably transformed).  I would seek out Rainbow Dash.  I need not explain myself further lol.  Ask me ANY question that starts with "you get magical powers" or "you become some manner of pony" and I will answer, "I will seek out Rainbow Dash."  Hell, send me to Equestria in my current bipedal form, and I'd do the same.

 

And I would be sorely tempted to obliterate Snips, Snails, Soarin, and Diamond Tiara.  For the good of all of Equestria, of course.

Ensure world peace, cure all ilnessess, help everybodyto be the best they can, remove the useless social taboos and boundaries but keep the useful ones, show off for a bit then fly off create a new world doing what I want and check back every century.

 

That or raze civilisation to the ground then stand in the ashes laughing maniacally then fly off, destroy all sentient life in the universe then create a new world and do what I want, maybe even create new life if I get bored
