"Practically" speaking if you don't have a brain or the experience after having a gajillion games in the jungle you are simply undeserving of this. I know that when i do Wraiths>Red>Golems if i go to the wraiths again in 2 seconds they will have respawn. I know that blue respawns every 2 minutes. Baron and Dragon every 7-5. I don't care how much you think it helps... but if you need it... you're not a good player.

I'm quite sure @firetorn does not need it. The thing is the people that DO need it are then put on equal footing with people who don't know the timers. That is a pretty big advantage.

Also the ult timers allow you to keep track of your allied ults without them needing to call it out, putting people who do use CV at an advantage.

 

Also, blue and red buff spawn every 5 minutes not 2.

Dragon spawns every 6 minutes not 5.

Baron spawns every 7 minutes.

The Wight, Wolves, Wraiths and Twin Golems spawn every 50 seconds.

I personally never knew about CV until this commotion about it started, and from what I've read about it I'd pretty much say that the biggest loss in removing it would be that integrated voice chat option. With it the allied ult timer thing is really trivial, because if you can just simply ask someone for their ult timer without anyone needing to type anything then the timer does not need to be there.

 

Other than that, one thing that I see a lot of people missing about the jungle timers is that, yes, it only times the objectives you have vision of, but what a lot of people miss is that having vision of something does not equal looking at it. Even when you have a ward placed at your red buff it is still very possible to miss the few seconds it takes for kha'zix to jump in and take it from your side of the map while you're busy waiting in a bush at top lane for a gank. At that point giving you an automatic timer for it would be rewarding you for lacking map awareness, as you at that point should no longer know when that buff is going to respawn.

That having been said though, I do think jungle timers for bot games would be a nice way to get people to actually start to learn and pay attention to that stuff.

I can't seem to get into this at all. I love the concept of this game and the entire choose different heroes and build different kinds of teams thing but when it comes to playing it I get really bored, really quick.

Fair enough, League isn't for everyone. But it is a lot more fun if you play with a group on skype/TS/vent.

Agreed.

I've tried CV and the ult timers are not to be overlooked.

It has gotten me a quadra kill in ranked game recently.

I was playing a rather fed Vayne and was getting ganked bot by the mid and jungler plus the ADC and support in lane so it is a 4 v 2. I did not know if my support Sona (who was a pub) had ult. I was rather fed and knew if they got stunned I would be able to kill the two biggest threats (mid and jungler) before the CC wore off. I saw she had 10 seconds on ult so I baited them to chase us then quickly told her to ult and pinged the targets. And with that I finished the rest off getting a quadra kill and just snowballed the entire game from there. Ended by 23 minutes.

I would of just tried to run instead of getting a quadra if all I saw on Sona's picture was that her ult was on cooldown.

I've been doing kind of decent at League lately when I've had time to play it. Finally got around to playing with the new Kassadin. Never could get the hang of him back when he was broken, but now after the changes went through, I'm evidently at least decent with him (I think my problem with the most recent game was, too much tank, not enough "kill people" >.<)

 

The 21/7/16 game I faced a Yasuo. Was the easiest melee mid game I've ever played xD

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Morgana stats make me really happy, as does my KDA ratio from my past 20 games <3

I'm forever stuck in division V.
Almost got promoted twice.

Always going 1-2 on my series. D:

Recent attempt at ranked brought me from 96 LP to 17 LP.

Yeah I did die quite a lot. In my past 13 ranked games I have not gotten my preferred rolebecause of duo queues. (ADC) 

At least I got to support in these three and that makes me happy.

 

In the first game I had the least amount of deaths on our team and their comp was pretty solid and they had Braum. (Currently Braum has a 100% Pick/Ban rate in my rank. :< )

While our team comp sucked so much. We didn't have a front liner. D:

 

That Nami game started out well too, but they had a better late game comp than us and stalled pretty well in the end they beat us. Started out as 16-3 in favor of our team. :/

 

On the third game we all lost to a fed Riven who stomped our toxic Aatrox.

 

And so I am forever in the fifth division.
