Hands down, the original Doom. It's still well made, plays well and has tons of replayability (especially thanks to WADs) that still makes it enjoyable and great to this day.

 

As far as multiplayer stuff goes, then probably Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, although I have a feeling if I played Overwatch, that would probably become my favorite multiplayer FPS game.

I would personally love to go back to the 'Golden Age' of Modern Warfare 2 on my 360. Those were the best days of my middle school's life.

Probably Quake 1, since it invented the WASD keys and mouse look. It made the FPS more natural and fun to play
