Which one of mane six be the best mother to adopt you as a child?

AJ, but I'd prefer my real mom any day. Plus, she's a great pony and even a bit of a Mary Sue so yes. I'd love my real mom at least 5'000 times more ;P

As much as I love Rarity Imma have to say either Twili or AJ would be a better mother, Both of them have experience with AppleBloom and Spike so they gotta be doin something right. Fluttershy would be Ok but she is a bit of a push over more often than not

I'd say Applejack most out of all of them, closely followed by Twilight.  

The reason why I say this is because Applejack seems to be the mother-figure to Applebloom as well as the big-sister figure.  She knows the meaning and the rewards of hard work and dedication, and she is of course going to be honest with you.  She actually does remind me of my own mother, which is probably why I choose her.  Twilight reminds me of my mother too, because she overthinks things and knows that an education is essential in one's growth as a person.  She would rather I were well-informed than just believing what someone told me without questioning it.  

 

Now that I think about it, my mom has traits of all of them.  She pushed me hard in work and responsibilities to my family (Applejack), in my education (Twi), and to exercise and be physically fit for my own well-being and health (RD).  She also taught me (in both verbal lessons and by example) to always remember to present myself well and see the beauty inside and outside myself and others (Rarity), and always be kind to not just people, but to animals as well (Fluttershy).  She loved animals but couldn't have any as pets because of my dad's allergies.  But most of all, she always reminds me that even though there is a time for working hard, I should always make time to play hard too... and always smile (Pinkie Pie)!!!

They would all be fun moms, though.  I think all of them have the potential to become good mothers in the future.  No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes, but as long as mothers have the integrity to show their children how to take responsibility for their actions and words, as well as give them the love and nurturing they need, I think that's what makes a kid happy. 

 

What's funny is, I don't want to be a mom yet.  I think I'd just be happy with my cats. xD

Well, let's see... Rainbow Dash is lazy and insensitive, so she's not the ideal choice for me. Pinkie Pie is way too hyper and childlike, so I don't think I could keep up. Rarity is very preoccupied with her fashion business which doesn't interest me in the slightest. Twilight's meltdowns as well as her obsession with tidiness and organization would drive me crazy. Fluttershy is almost perfect. We both love being around animals and nature, and she's the biggest sweetheart on the planet. She's nurturing, and would be able to really take care of me if anything went wrong. The only problem is she doesn't usually have a lot of backbone, and she doesn't have the most healthy personality due to her extreme timidity and self-consciousness. I would want/need a mom who is more strong and self-confident because I share some of these undesirable traits with Fluttershy already. Surprise surprise. You know who the answer is.

 

Applejack would make the best mom for me. I can just imagine myself helping out around the farm, and you know what? I'd love to do it. I'm sure it's a hard job, but I value things like strength and work, and AJ would be the one to help me improve in those areas. I admire Applejack for her integrity. She prides herself on her dedication and honesty to others, and she has a worldly wisdom and maturity to her that the others lack, so she's usually the best pony to go to for advice. As sweet as she is, she's still very protective and wouldn't let anyone or anything lay a hoof on me. She may be stubborn, but I think I could soften her up a bit. Because of her ethical nature, I would feel like I'm really being guided by a wise, loving, dedicated, and all-around wonderful mother. And we've seen how quick she was to welcome Twilight and make her feel like part of the family. Applejack has so much natural charisma and likability that I would immediately feel safe and happy with her. :3

As much as I think Fluttershy has great motherly qualifications, I'd have to go with Applejack, here. 

 

In the show, she's basicaly a mother figure to Applebloom. Sure, she can be a bit brash at times, but we know deep down that she loves that little filly. 

 

Motherly tendicies are a walk in the park for AJ, so I'd choose her if I ever end up lost in Equestria, and I had somehow reverted fifteen years back in time.

Definitely Applejack. She probably acts most motherly of the Mane Six and she's sweet, nice, caring, kind, helpful. AJ would be perfect.

Being flutter shy's kid means you'd have to deal with oodles of animals all the time.  I mean that's neat, kinda but day in day out?

Considering I'd be terrified and what not, it would be nice to have her as a mom, considering shes quiet and caring, she wouldn't ask many questions and hopefully take me in like one of her animals, mos tare saying apple jack but I think AP would be a little confused about why a human just appeared, where I believe Fluttershy wouldn't wonder as much as just take me or any other lost human in.

It has to be either Applejack or Fluttershy (as seen in the results). Applejack, although not quite as gentle as Fluttershy, will do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter what kind of hardships are involved. Fluttershy has a very maternal nature anyways , as seen by her love of animals and her care for the CMC's.

If we could add non-Mane Six characters though...I'd say Princess Celestia - I think it would be a very different, yet fun experience to have her has a mom. (Although that option would probably dwarf all of the other possibilities.)

Id say Applejack because she is hard working plus!!! applebloom lives at the farm aswell ( sweetie belle doesnt live with Rarity)
