This is going to be odd, but I think Tails the Fox is the cutest. He just looks so adorable to me.

There is nothing more adorable than Mieu from Tales of the Abyss.

 

 

He's absolutely adorable, has an extremely high pitched voice that I find adds to how adorable he is and he's just so utterly innocent he willingly takes the blame for the asshole of a main character's mistakes out of some misguided "understanding" of his master. (Which turns out to be true in the end anyway but that's besides the point. )

Not saying he's the cutest video game character ever, but I very recently developed a huge love for Luigi from the Super Mario series. Mostly cause of the Luigi's Mansion 2 But he's just SO adorkable <3 I love how animated he is as a character, with his scared, skittish, clutzy dorkiness. He's a very fun to watch. It's strange, i never really was a fan of any Mario games but it seems like Luigi's mansion is the oddball game of the Mario series, so i guess that's why i like it so much. In the video below, you can skip to any moment and it will consist of Luigi being adorable.

Yoshi is pretty darn adorable too, now that i think about it. Anyway, i would say every pokemon, except the pokemon themselves aren't really characters (besides Meowth since he actually talks and has a personality)
