No, it's not "racist" to be against 2 vastly different species being in a sexual relationship.

I think that all the "sexual misanthropes" who hate humans (..."human girls keep friendzoning me!"), edgy losers, and any other miscreants who would want to have intercourse with a pony (sapient or not) aren't right in the head. While it may be a bit creepy for a human to like a humanoid species (elves, Klingons, or whatnot), at least that person's attraction to that said species would be somewhat understandable, since they look somewhat similar to us.

But wanting to fuck ponies is crossing a line that was never meant to be crossed. There's a huge list of reasons why in this thread, and all of them are very valid.

But some people just can't handle being told "no", and that's where you get idiots screaming "prejudice!" every time someone disagrees with their horsefucking perversion.

Actually, within the continuity of most sci-fi/fantasy franchises, interspecies mating between humanoids is completely socially acceptable.

Ergo, it's not wrong to have the hots for a fictional species that canonically mates with humans on a regular basis.

Everything is being dumbed down to "fucking"....

STDs you can get from another human...

If 2 species are not compatible they won't have babies...

You cannot say if some humans don't have an attraction towards non-humanoid creatures, everyone's different by nature

Also there's a tendency to ignore all the possitives that come from such relationships...

Also I cannot get rid off the impression that this thread aggravates you a little bit wink.png

A couple examples: Futurama. Their space ship talked and had a male voice. Bender argued with it, but then they changed the voice to a female and suddenly Bender was in love with it. So having a female voice changed everything, and now it's attractive?

In a Star Trek book, a human male is "dating" a creature that is basically a gas cloud, but the cloud walks around in a space suit shaped like a human, so that it can be on the ship. The suit had a female voice box. (There is also a TOS episode where a human falls in love with an energy creature.) The book says this alien even got an upgraded suit that looked more human. So you take any creature and give it a female voice, and somehow that makes it "female."

Being attracted to Klingons or Vulcans etc. is a cheat, because those are very close to human in appearance (human actors in costume). There was a TNG episode where Riker fell in love with an androgynous alien, where the entire species was unisex. I was thinking, make that actor a burly male instead of a small female and see if Riker feels the same way.

If you're going to say that being attracted to ponies is wrong, then you have to say the same about Vulcans and Klingons. Otherwise, where do you draw the line? 2 arms and 2 legs? Any distinction would be arbitrary.

And can you separate love from sexual attraction? What if a person loved a pony, but non sexually? Does that make a difference?

Relationships with xenos is totally fine if they're sapient and are able to give consent. It doesn't matter how they look like, if someone likes another sapient race, who am I to judge?

Sure, you'd get weird looks for a long time, and I will probably be one of them too, but I won't try to compromise the relationship, or be negative about it. People do what they like, and I'm not going to stop them until they start to compromise security, safety and well-being.

Now, whether it's racist or not? Hmm, well racism is dividing the human race in different races with shared traits, such as intelligence. Being hateful to a different species, is called xenophobia. So in other words, it's xenophobia if you hate the other race. However, if you consider people that are in such a relationship a completely different person, not worthy to be called human anymore, that would be racist.

All of my yes.

That's all that it would be about. People want to have sex with purple ponies and they do not want to be told no, despite the fact that there could be serious consequences.

I mean, has anyone even thought of the STDs that people and ponies could contract by having sex with one another? I'm sorry, but I don't find the possibility of killing one another off to be a good way to achieve peace and unity. And as I said, that's not why people would have sex with ponies. They would just do it because they can. People are not naturally sexually attracted to non-humanoids... there is far more to a sexual relationship than having good personalities... they would have to actually be physically attracted to ponies.

Sure, a fanfiction about how a human and a pony have a forbidden love for one another and how a Romeo and Juliet-esque type story would come to play might sound progressive and stuff. "Human girls don't understand me!" "And pony boys don't understand me!" "We are in love!! Don't tell us that we can't be together just because we look different on the outside! It's the inside that counts!" Uh huh. I hope no one writes that story. Or at least I hope I don't have to read it. tongue.png

That's where you're actually wrong. All males, no matter what species, are attracted to forms that look female. In other words, curvy forms or forms that resemble a female. While we're way past being attracted to round vases and curvy chairs, animals like dogs and sheep still are, which is also the very reason why dogs hump everything during their early years. This doesn't mean we don't have this "instinct" anymore, we still have but we are raised in such way we aren't affected by it anymore. Still, a round vase could make you start thinking about women because of its form. It's really weird, but it's true and every male has this "instinct".

This means, if a sapient animal were to resemble a female, we will be sexually attracted to it. This doesn't even have to be a race that resembles a human. The only thing stopping you are your norms, your own morals and the way you were raised. And lets be honest here, the ponies in the show have a clear distinct difference between males and females, in fact, the female ponies even look female.

The STD argument is a bit redundant honestly, you get STDs from any kind of animal, sapient or not, humanoid or not. It doesn't make any difference, nor makes your argument stronger. Lets also not forget that humans still get a lot of STDs from each other already, maybe that's a problem we should tackle first, before starting about relationships between different species.

Not to mention magic and science could cure STDS. And you know mutlverse theory. XD

I certainly start a series of controversial threads. Don't I?

Well I would add here "except gays"... but if you think about it males are quite curvy too so, females have to have additional characteristics, to be distinguished from males.

Anyway you're right, and many of so called "norms" and "natural behaviours" are shaped by human civilization and have nothing to do with how things would look like if it wasn't for that...
