Alrighty then here is one.

 

Twilight accidentally creates a new spell that Twists the entire world as she knows it, all the villains from past episodes are, in this world, the good guys that are basically her friends in this world and all the mane 6 are villains that Twilight has to fight against, she spends an entire series dealing with this while she tries to create a new spell that will restore everything to the way it was while doing her best to avoid conflict with her friends that have now become her enemies.

The elements of harmony suddenly are no longer controlled by the mane 6 but instead are controlled by 6 background ponies. oh and Derpy turns out to have disappeared because Discord used his chaos to make her invisible in order to piss off all us bronies. the episode would be the start of a new series where Hasbro is trying to make us forget the old characters and instead shove new forgettable characters down our throats that no one likes.

Kill off 2 of the main 6 (RD and FS, the 2 most popular)(would happen before episode of course, gotta keep this kid friendly)

Twilight looks like celestia and lives forever

To complete elements of harmony, RD and FS replaced with DT and SS, but it doesn't work, and Equestria gets overrun by generic enemy sombra.

Everyone's cutie marks actually DO switch permanently.

EQG becomes canon when Sunset Shimmer and the high school visit equestria.

The remaining 4 of the 6 break up as friends

Luna disappears permanently.

The season ends with this episode when it's only the 5th one.

This would end the show and leave nothing to pick up with..

 

I think that's everything people don't want to happen...

O wait, one more thing:

Next gen: Remake of Gen 3. Just because they want to.

2. Passing Lyra and Bon Bon who are at a table with their boy-friends.

The best way to upset the fandom would be to create an episode would be to create an episode where they rush through a bunch of the side/background ponies introducing them, but to change and distort the personalities that the community has built up around them. Just think about it, all the investment put into these characters only for them to have an obnoxious or conflicting personality to whaat was originally perceived.
